Being outside during hot days

Plenty of hours, easy job, full benefits.

Terrible union has waived and revoked many CA employee overtime and labor rights. You do not get OT unless you work over 40 hours. Failed leadership, you don’t know your schedule until last minute, supervisors don’t tell you if you are getting relieved or not, you are forced to work overtime or threatened with disciplinary action, understaffed, many complacent guards, HR almost non existent, difficult to get time off, delayed uniform issue, uniforms with wrong patches, lack of recruiting resulting in incompetent and unqualified guards, company fails to get rid of bad employees, extremely aggressive and unprofessional employees, multiple guards not following SOP/post orders, hostile and toxic work environment, I could go on. I’ve worked for highly professional security company’s in the past and am ex military and what has been happening in the last year with this contract and current company is a complete disgrace.
