Turn over in staff is crazy high. CEO treats staff like disposable commodities and says so frequently in his weekly/daily berating of staff. Pretty frequent to hear you do not know what your doing or are not capable of doing job and this goes for office staff, sales staff, pretty much everyone who works there. Generally you hear CEO screaming at someone at least twice a day. Customer complaints about screens not working or ads not running is frequent and often met with we don't have time to fix right now leaving customers unhappy and not renewing.
