Pros

Working here as a front desk employee was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable experiences of my career. From day one, I was welcomed into a team that felt more like family than coworkers. The environment was always upbeat, positive, and full of energy—not just from the amazing patients we served, but from the supportive, fun-loving team I had the pleasure of working with every day. The doctors and staff truly care about both the patients and each other. I always felt heard, appreciated, and encouraged to grow professionally and personally. There was a great balance of professionalism and fun, and each day brought new opportunities to learn and make a difference.

Cons

Nothing negative! Just a great place to work.

Pros

I have worked many different industries in my working life, and in my massage career have done everything from a franchised spa chain to a personally owned business run by one therapist, and Maximize Health is by far the best place I've ever worked. Not only are the owners extremely caring, understanding and supportive, they show that in how they care for their employees and in the salaries offered. The hours are extremely flexible, I've been able to make my own schedule. I have the ability to schedule time off whenever needed, after a heads up and approval from management of course. The patient coordinator is helpful and professional. The front desk staff is supportive, friendly and inviting. I have all the supplies I need provided, and the owners are open to adding whatever other supplies would be needed to enhance the massage experience for their patients. The chiropractic team is involved with the massage team to be sure patients care is uniform. And the free chiropractic and massage care to employees is an absolute bonus! I have been incredibly happy here and will be with this practice a long time.

Cons

There are no health insurance benefits offered, but that is to be expected from a small family owned business. That is mentioned in the hiring process and can plan ahead knowing that.

Pros

There are no upsides of this job

Cons

Saying this positions is a Chiropractic Assistant is reaching. They hired me on saying I would be assisting people with their pre-chiropractic stretches and exercises, and helping to educate people on their traction/stretching exercises. The reality was giving people neck massages before they entered the room with the chiropractor. This position is completley unnecessary and it was described to me many times as the "icing on the cake". It is similar to going to a barber shop and having a complimentary neck massage. It feels nice to customers, but it is not indicative of whether or not a person will continue going back. I was too qualified to have the "icing on the cake" position. Additionally, this company acts like all western medicine is a conspiracy. There are benefits to all types of medicine, and I do not believe chiropractors are the only real doctors who can help you. If you don't respect any other forms of medicine (or proactive medicine), you are doing your costumers a huge dis-service.
