Pros
I love how helpful this company is. They treat you with respect, the BCBA are very knowledgeable, you can ask any question they take time to explain anything that you don't understand. they really take time to place you with clients that you pair well with, if it isn't working with the client they will move you to another client.
Cons
its hard to keep a lot of hours. you have to work with two or three clients to make full-time. Communication is hard with this company.
