      Laid back atmosphere, brilliant individuals

      Cons

      Poor management, subpar salaries, slow decision making, toxic HR department and lack of structure. Unskilled people holding major positions blocking real innovation and promotion of right people to right places.

      Pros

      Some very nice people. Easy work and a free yearly trip to Germany. No QA reviews.

      Cons

      Product quality is bad, customers complain price is too high. Leadership is very high ego and becoming extreme. Extreme favoritism at executive level.
