-Work from home is an option for almost everyone -Salary is good -Free breakfast (in some days) -15th month, communication allowance
Cons
-Extreme Office Politics (Middle - Upper Management) -No clear KPI/KRA definition -Promotion process is absent (You're in luck if you have a good manager.) -Constant organizational changes -Work from home is abused by some in management (9am-6pm schedule becomes a 6am-11pm schedule for staff)
