Very terrible coordination between team. Didn't set up my permissions for vital materials. Was told to contact other team members when I couldn't contact my lead, and then was reprimanded for contacting them. Payroll and accounting was a nightmare. Was discriminated against at a job site. And my superior did nothing, even when it happened in front of him. Superior changed my project goals constantly, and then was disciplined for not completing projects. Project leader was very unorganized. Leader talked down to every client, made a student cry, and then refused to visit job site when he missed a deadline and blamed the client. Head owner delayed my check for 2 weeks, because "I quit without notice" then charged me $35 to cut the late check " early". Said he had better things to do than get my payroll account working.
