Have the processes and backing of a large international organisation (Sonepar) whilst retaining the feel of working for the smaller, locally owned business that it used to be. The people are kind, welcoming and supportive. For the most part everyone works towards the same goal. Development and internal progression are a big focus across the business. Salaries are reviewed and increased yearly.

Have to have been with the business for two or three years before you would be considered for development. Skillset, prior experience or aptitude doesn't have much impact on this.

Good people. Can be good depending on department but some have very high turnover for a reason.

Poor organisation, training and management. Lack of appreciation. No progression. But this depends on department.
