      Pros

      The employees were easy to work with, creating a family oriented atmosphere.

      Cons

      Would be forced into mandatory overtime for an unknown period of time. Very difficult to have any sort of work/life balance.

      Pros

      I run the HMC at Maynard inc and have been doing it for 3 years.

      Cons

      It’s the only machine I know how to run. I don’t know any old types of machines because the one I’ve been running is brand new and way more complex than most machines.
