1. No mid level r high level politics as there is no organisation only 10% experienced people who are there as they couldn't get any other job and rest other are freshers. 2. No HR politics..THE ROLE OF HR TO POST JOB REQUIREMENTS FREQUENTLY IN NAUKRI, CONDUCT TEST, ARRANGE FOR INTERVIEW, TAKES ATTENDANCE, FORWARD THE LEAVE REQUEST..THAT'S ALL 3. Night dinner is free(will be deducted from salary)..since you can't find hotel in midnight

1. Team Management at the worst 2. Bond for 2 years..till that period alternative sat working day..After 2 years also you have to come 3. Technology they r working is obsolete 4. No respect. Team Leader thinks that he can give perfect direction, say that this particular task can be completed in an hour but won't say how to complete a task 5. There is no working hours.........seriously!! Since u cannot leave the office 6. Hv to work for 14-16 Hrs 7. No Home drop even for those working at late night...as entire office will work till late nyt..they can't drop everybody right!!! 8. Take home will be very less. 9. There is no such think called HR policy....As the company will treat u like dog there is no kind of such policy. 10. They r operating in stealth mode of operation...........BEST JOKE OF THE CENTURY..I don't know which dumb company will steal their product...Even the person who is working there itself don't know what he is doing. 11. They will hire freshers in bulk won't give them any kind of proper training. Put them in a project in less than a week and expect a output similar to a person who has 10 yrs of experience. 12. Team Leader as knowledge on how to build a software...Their task is to simply shout at you from the morning. They prefer you to leave after them. No worries, they actually won't leave. 13. A person who can withstand all the above and stays in a company for nxt 3 years will be TL and after 6-7 yrs you can become Senior TL. Just think of that kind of a person to him you hv to stay in the office till late nyt according to them that is the hard work and dedication. 14. I will suggest to stay jobless instead of working here. 15. For ECE guys, plz don't think this company has yr core company...First of all it is not a company.
