Pros
Understanding company when it comes to employee concerns. They are very caring and understanding they would rather give you weeks off then to come to work sick.
Cons
The compensation package is horrible. They continue to expect more and more to the point where your job title on business cards is changed but they don't change your actual title because that means they would have to actually pay you what is deserved.
