      Pros

      Everyone at MeVitae is so easy to talk to if you ever need help with anything and so supportive which is great to have at work. You can tell everyone is passionate about what they do at MeVitae and excited to be on the journey. The benefits are also great! For example the team retreats; I've been apart of two so far, the trip to Wales and trip to Cyprus.

      Cons

      Sometimes would be nice to work face-to-face

      Pros

      They have a fantastic friendly and inclusive culture. Even though it’s a fully remote company it feels like a supportive community not just a remote job you log on to. Plus they really believe in what they do, if you value what they value you will love it.

      Cons

      It’s a small company focused on growing sustainably which may not be for everyone. Remote working also is not everyone’s cup of tea.

      Pros

      Getting to work with a lovely team, and great mentors. Had so much to learn in such a short amount of time. The entire onboarding process was smooth and the internship went really well. It was great from MeVitae to provide a summer internship opportunity, a perfect start to getting hand on experience and knowledge

      Cons

      Only cons for me were that internship was short and it was remote. Would love to have spent more time and meet the team in person but apart from that there are no cons
