You got paid that is about it

Always short staffed. No raises merit or cost of living no matter experience or time of service. Only time raises giving sometimes if employees are talking about leaving. No employee retention at all. Serious issue with the good ole boy system. May be a family owned company but you are treated as a number and never respected or thanked for giving you all to this company. The owners loyalty is only to their family members and or previous coworkers that work for the company now. This is not a place to be if you are looking for a company to retire from.
