My Experience at Means Engineering - Anonymous employee Means Engineering Employee Review

Overall I had a very positive experience. I was encouraged to take classes and was given educational reimbursements. My supervisor was accommodating to my class schedule and allowed me to adjust my shift times so that I could get to class. My supervisor understood what was important to me personally and helped me accomplish those things. We had employee events like happy hour and lunches every month or so and I enjoyed hanging out with my coworkers outside of work. We added a bunch of new benefits this year like an FSA and vision insurance that I was pretty happy about and the employee medical coverage is very affordable.
