Pros

there is no pros what so ever

Cons

This company should be avoided. I was successful in interview and started my job only to be told I need 5 years residency in UK. To be clear this was only made clear when I had started and was sitting in the main office doing E learning. The manager was pointing fingers at the third party that was used to do vetting but I explained that she had the opportunity to tell me at interview and didn't. This just shows extreme incompetence and unprofessionalism. I gave up a well paid job in god faith for this role because it suited me better. I cant stress enough how much this ordeal has caused me a lot of grief and pain that I not sit unemployed because of the company's incompetence and indirect discriminative actions. The amount of finger pointing and no onus being taking just highlights the level of unprofessionalism I had to deal with. The manager did apologise but whats an apology going to do in this.. Its heart breaking that I am sitting here now unemployed for the first time in 3 years due to people unfit for their own job. I am more than qualified for this role and done a lot of hard work for the interview to get the job. I warn people to stay clear of this company and go else where there is far better company's out there.
