      Pros

      The Company has good staff benefits, flat management structure and very little politics. Staff always go back on time.

      Cons

      Unfortunately where the office is situated is in industrial estate. Traffic is bad.

      Pros

      Place for learning, but not for career growth.

      Cons

      Underpaid, micromanaging, no benefit, bonus is 0.25 month only. Not being recognised, no annual dinners, you will need to get upper management to like you in order for you to climb faster.
