Very disappointing and troubling to see final paycheck not be issued. No prior warning or notice I would not be paid my final two weeks on payroll. After noticing money was not deposited via direct deposit I asked Management who then informed they will not be making my salary. Very very disappointing and not sure how they make that decision or if it’s legal to not compensate someone. Had I known they do not pay your final two weeks I would have left the day I tendered my resignation allowing me to not miss a pay period and start with my new company. This has put me in a compromised situation. I am currently exploring options with workforce commissions to recover the money they are withholding. All
Equipment returned to management as well.
I worked for the US office while HQ is based in UK. US office is understaffed causing prepared quotes, returned customer support calls, and general communication to take in excess of 24-48 hours. Sales staff is required to maintain multiple sales logs, reports, and crm’s. Very confusing and time consuming for sales person to have to stop focusing on sales and redundantly place the same information in multiple logs. In any given week for an office with less than ten employees there are multiple meetings, which also takes away from precious sales efforts and sales time.
This job requires 50-60 hours work weeks.
