Pros

Occasionally, you may work with newer tech — but don’t count on it as a consistent experience.

Cons

The work environment at Medacuity Clients are often chaotic, with long hours and weekend expectations. Projects are frequently underfunded and understaffed, leading to unrealistic demands. When budgets are cut or projects end, Medacuity often let go their employees with little notice. Medacuity Health insurance is basic and expensive, and the 401(k) plan lacks meaningful employer contributions. Not recommended unless you’re in urgent need of short-term work and are comfortable with minimal support and high uncertainty.

Pros

They take the time to make sure you have an opportunity to hone your skills and choose which environments are best suited for your talents. Even in between positions, you can still get paid and develop skills for the next one.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have much to say poorly for the con of working there. They were great people as well.
