No consistency across the org. Too much variation so very inefficient and limited sharing between brands.

Great work teams, very flexible and interesting work, good compensation

Senior management simply don't live the corporate values. Once they don't need you any longer your role can (and is) made redundant over night, literally. No consultation, no assistance, not even a good bye.
