      Pros

      Decent work life balance at onset . They are good about not overwhelming new CRAs with too much travel. Small enough to get to know everyone in the company. People are friendly and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      No Clinical Trial Manager positions or roles available. Project Managers dictate how a study should run. Lack of policy for keeping projects congruent across systems. Lack of IT systems, no central system. No travel per diem low salary increases Few advancement opportunities
