      Good insurance benefits paid by the employer, CGM, CGS

      Cons

      High turnover rate, low pay, not enough paid vacation days and difficult to book the days you do have, training quality could be improved, there is no real opportunity for growth and advancement.

      You don't have to do much to stay employed, they have the lowest bar for competency I have ever seen.

      Consultants rule the word there, no faith in employees, lack of leadership or vision....
