Pros

- Being part of a growing company giving people opportunity to grow with them - Being able to do what you like and are good at - Interesting projects to work on - No office politics, short lines - Good atmosphere in the office

Cons

Due to speed of growth, some attention to detail and process may fall through the cracks. If you are looking for a place with lots of structure, processes and where people hold your hand all day, this may not be the place for you. It's very much a hands-on, proactive attitude and self learning environment.

Pros

Mission-driven culture: There's a clear commitment to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare through innovative software solutions. That purpose threads through every department, from product and engineering to client services and marketing. Supportive leadership: The senior leadership team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employees’ growth and wellbeing. Regular town halls, one-on-ones, and roadmap sessions ensure alignment and foster a sense of inclusion. Collaborative environment: Cross-functional collaboration is a daily norm. I’ve worked alongside brilliant colleagues who are not only technically capable but also passionate about the impact of our work. It’s a culture that values ideas and constructive feedback.

Cons

Compensation doesn’t reflect responsibility or impact: Despite contributing to high-value, cross-functional initiatives, salary progression has not kept pace with the level of ownership or performance expectations. Limited clarity on career progression: While there are growth opportunities, the pathways to promotion or salary reviews can feel vague or dependent on informal recognition rather than structured performance frameworks.
