Pros

Maybe it can be a positive to work here if you are an archeologist of sorts on how badly a company can be run.

Cons

Everything. I can’t even go into all the things that have happened in this company without writing a college thesis paper & they’re frankly not worth my time. Note that every positive review in the past few years are either the nurses (not corporate employees) or clearly fake two word sentence reviews. Glassdoor reviews are obviously not representative bc unhappy people are more likely to review but in this case I can confidently say, with more confidence than I’ve ever had in life, that the bad reviews are only misrepresentations in that they’re probably too optimistic and kind for the hellscape this company is. Don’t trust any salaries they state in the interviews especially if you’re in sales or in any commission roles because they ensure they will pay you as little as possible, including a new commission structure where you will get paid 0 for not meeting a completely arbitrary “baseline” amount that will be different from all your other coworkers. You also have 0 safety thanks to constant layoffs or help from your leadership because your managers will pile up unrealistic expectations day after day. Quite literally Day. After. Day. No exaggeration. Oh & you’ll get 0 support from other departments who are either too burned out to help you with things only they can help with or too lazy. Not too sure which one because another wonderful benefit of this company is that you have nonexistent cross-functional communication.

Pros

Remote and a few good people who are not a part of management

Cons

Leadership, pay is on the low end, dead territories. Competitors have lapped them in what they can offer. Accounts have been picked through and worked to death by prior reps. If you have a weak territory where nursing staff are not on the platform jobs will go unfilled. Your quota relies on freelance nurses filling the jobs and then actually showing up for work. Completely outside your control. Too many variables for failure. Colleagues who will work outside their territory with glee at your expense which in turn creates a toxic culture and resentment. Managers will ignore your concerns regarding these issues and are quite frankly, useless. Reach out to a number of reps and do your due diligence before accepting any offers. The pay is on the low end and not worth the headache. The CRO has zero experience in healthcare.
