Pros
I loved working with the clinicians and most of the office staff. I really enjoyed the job itself. The clinicians are amazing, I would trust my family with them any time. They gave me a shot at the job even though I didn't have scheduling experience. I will always be grateful for that. They were patient in teaching me new things. Most of the employees are really kind and truly care about each other.
Cons
They allow bullies to continue working there if they are good at their job. Both the Orlando and Longwood offices have bullies, they are coddled and allowed to get away with it. I am not sure about the other offices. There is a ton of competition between the offices to meet their numbers. They over work the clinicians in the field because they couldn't hire anyone and corporate would only allow very few contract clinicians to help. They know that the bullies are aggressive, but then call the victim sensitive.
