Positive work environment, good team work, and promotes advancements from within the company. They promote staff involvement to assist in making decisions.
Cons
The turnover rate needs to be lower. The majority of people leave because the cost of living in Odessa it high. Patient to nurse ration needs to be lower to provide the best care. We need more CNAs, and the health Insurance gets worse every yr
