Medcomp Experience - Project Engineer II Medical Components Employee Review

Flexible, positive culture, great salary, open to new ideas. Having worked at MedComp for almost a year, I cannot provide a more positive review. Unlike my experiences in similar positions I immediately felt like a contributing member of the team- I did not feel I had to prove myself to be respected and valued. I have worked on many cross functional teams supporting projects across the company and have felt valued and appreciated with every interaction.

Healthcare options and savings accounts could be better

Free pizza, occasionally. You get to watch the owner drive in occasionally, in one of his 8 cars that cost as much as your house.

Awful PTO, not many holidays, no flexibility in work schedule. Need to wait 90 days for medical benefits, because so many people quit in the first 3 months. Absolutely no bonuses, even if the company has several "great years" in a row.
