Pros

Extremely supportive company culture. They want everyone to succeed and they do their best to check in with you and ensure you have the support and resources you need to succeed. Company is also very big on promoting from within and even creating new roles for current employees to receive the professional growth they desire. They offer company paid trips every year for meeting company goals. The goals are obtainable and the trips are amazing! They hire good people so the work environment is always fun and upbeat.

Cons

Company is a little old school in terms of schedule, offices, benefits, which in my opinion is not a bad thing, but if you're looking for a modern tech company with flex schedules and unlimited PTO, this isn't that. However, the management is very understanding so if you come to them with any requests or issues you are facing they do try very hard to accommodate you.

Pros

Smart employees who work hard and independently on variety of positions, all types of positions, nationwide. Flexibility to work hybrid remote if on quota. If you want to advance, plenty of opportunity. Benefits get better each year. Uncapped commission. Management is seasoned, responsive and understanding. Friendly employee culture.

Cons

Must be self motivated to stay on track and continue activity and outreach. Highs and lows to recruiting.

Pros

You may gain short-term recruiting experience

Cons

Employees are treated as expendable. It’s common to see team members fired with little to no notice, only to be replaced shortly after. Job security is non-existent. If revenue is down one month, expect layoffs. There’s no transparency, and communication from leadership is often misleading. Recruiters are blamed for not filling roles that are clearly misaligned, poorly defined, or virtually impossible due to lack of true client engagement or viable candidates.
