Pros

- Company doing well ie making money - commitment from management to expand

Cons

-Used to have generous bonus scheme but last few years have seen employees literally "begging" for bonus percentages to be maintained, in spite of the company increasing profits - Over the years the company changed from being a people/employee centered to being run as a full fledge military dictatorship camp. Their culture changed to seeing employees as a "thing" to use to make money and dump along the way. A week hardly pass by that you didn't see an employee leave with "immediate effect" or "as of today no longer with the mrn". - My experience saw managers become the dictators/commanders and employees become the subjects. I won't be surprised if it has abnormally high employee turn over. I knew of at least 4 cases where employees left in unusual ways so there was no mention of them on company update. This could mean more people left than we knew. - The corporate politics got too much. No promotion unless you dont ask questions, people undercutting others for their jobs, clear biase and favouritism, some managers do not manage with honesty and integrity, difficult to be heard and views respected etc.

Thank you for taking the time to review MRN, we appreciate your feedback as an ex-employee. We are disappointed and saddened to hear your comments and are naturally keen to address the points raised. Regarding your comments in relation to bonus payments, we respectfully disagree. We can confirm that MRN has consistently paid the discretionary bonus to all employees. For example, during the past three years we have paid full bonuses and in fact during 2020, the senior management team made a decision to pay 5% more than the standard annual bonus. The decision was also made to pay an additional, mid-year bonus in recognition of the response and commitment demonstrated by our incredible team during the most challenging period of the pandemic. In relation to the change in culture and leadership style at MRN, it is fair to say that being one of the fastest growing SME’s in the UK has naturally presented it's challenges. However, the results of our employee engagement survey scores, delivered independently via Gallup, indicate a highly engaged employee community across all locations. The MRN leadership team proactively encourage a culture of transparency and have a structure in place that supports an open-door policy, enabling skip level meetings for employees, weekly “all employee meetings” to provide global employee, commercial and departmental updates, 360 feedback initiatives and more. We proactively continue to develop these frameworks and communication channels, to support the organisations growth and to further shape the culture as it continually develops. Lastly, in response to your comment regarding favouritism and promotions, we can confirm that every individual who receives an “in-role promotion” has achieved this through hard work and merit. We can also confirm that individuals who achieve a 2-step promotion or more, all participate in an internal interview process with MRN, to ensure suitability and fairness. Again, we are sorry to hear that your personal experience and perception of MRN was not positive. We wish you every success with your future and hope that you are now thriving in a different environment, better suited to your needs.

Pros

Great support from nursing supervisors, very clear protocols and fair pay with flexible hours

Cons

Can be difficult to get enough work at times. It tastes Patrice patience as you wait for new studies and subjects within those studies to become available but since it’s a per diem job that you work around your regular FT position, it works very well.

Pros

The employees at MRN are wonderful and the mood and operating environment is one of open access, freedom of sharing, and caring.

Cons

The biggest challenge is the industry adoption of MRN's core service even tough the cost/ROI benefit is substantial,.....but the industry manages cost.
