Pleasant staff but struggles with outdated technology - Software Engineer Medisoft Employee Review

Thank you for your review, we are really pleased to hear that you are enjoying your time with Medisoft. We continue to organise company social events but recognise that the tour is not always annual. We have made changes to our benefits information on our job adverts, social media including Glassdoor, and our website to better reflect this.

We appreciate hearing about your experiences and are glad to learn that you enjoyed working with your team and our attending our annual training weeks. In response to the subject of pay, all our salaries are regularly benchmarked to ensure they remain competitive compared with similar roles in the current market. We are looking in general at ways we can make improvements to our benefits package and have introduced various new employee benefiting policies this year. The team you were part of has had some recent staff changes however our new Competency and Skills Frameworks are designed to support all our team (including our managers) advancing their skills and knowledge. In time this will help colleagues to move into more advanced roles within Medisoft.
