Thank you for your feedback. We do listen and do make changes. Our processes are not perfect but any time an employee lets us know there is an issue or how we can do better, we listen and act on it. We are working on our processes now - in all departments. Please let your supervisor know the differences with your job description and expectations. We are in the middle of our mid-year performance reviews so this is an ideal time to bring this up. Thank you!
