Pros

Training and payout seem to be easy.

Cons

Day 1 you receive readings but more they are testing you. After it slows to almost nothing. You answer a lot of free chats but they need to be scripted which as a experienced medium is annoying but OK. In 12 hours per say I've made $65. So it's not much. They will kick you back into training fir answering a question too quickly.

Pros

Supportive team, flexible hours, contests for bonuses, a great environment to share gifts.

Cons

Not really a con, as it's just the type of business it is, but you do have to wait for calls.

Pros

Pay is weekly and consistent, which is the only plus.

Cons

They send you loads of free 3 minute "intro" clients - on some days I have had over an hour of these free intros - you can expect to work unpaid for hours on top of an already abysmal hourly rate far lower than is industry standard . Even worse, the hours of free labor have dropped my hourly wage to BELOW minimum wage in my state. I have been a psychic for 18 years and have worked on 5+ other sites - Medium chat is BY FAR the lowest pay of all. . Further, the Pay structure is unfair- They 'reward' advisors with a slightly higher wage if you don't miss any calls - they will claim you miss calls whether you do or not, which appears to be as part of a deliberate scheme to pay the advisors even less. Additionally, due to fact Mediumchat advertises the lowest per minute rates of any psychic site- the site attracts extremely rude, low vibrational, demanding clients with a high propensity to ask illegal/ unethical questions. Unlike every single other psychic platform, psychics have no way of knowing who is calling them, nor any means to block abusive clients, and Mediumchat refuses to do so on the back end - so advisors are forced to field calls from just about anyone, asking just about anything, no matter how inappropriate or illegal.
