Pros
Colleagues are really, and genuinely supportive and encouraging. Company is massively collaborative, highly transparent and I am proud to be part of an open work culture. You are encouraged to speak your mind and ideas are shared and valued. Lots of room for career development and growth within. Diversity including in leadership positions at our business is actively encouraged. This is evident. Employee Welfare oriented. This company and management truly cherishes it's employees. Other companies/business should learn from Medius in my view. They put employer welfare and wellbeing first and foremost and they live up-to those values. Leadership across Medius is inspiring, with a huge emphasis on mentorship and development and they encourage you to progress and strive for better for yourself and for the business. I am fortunate that I have an amazing manager and I know she feels same about her manager also. Employee efforts are truly valued and bosses do not shy away from praising you for the hardwork and achievements. And, when or if you fail they help you pick yourself up and offer you genuine support and lead you to the right path
Cons
I am struggling to find any cons but I would say we should meet our global colleagues once or twice a year for better team building in our Swedish HQ.
