Pros

Flexible PTO Understanding Work life balance when I started. Open communication when I started. Overtime was nice when I started, Have good talent in place.( Are not used as they should be though).

Cons

Supervisors won't own up to mistakes. Protect employees that should have been let go for cause, Favoritism rampant. Old unsafe equipment, when brought to State Manager or Supervisor you are told that it will be taken care of only to be ignored or told that you never told them when the problem persists. Are told that they want you to make your postition your own but get into troubule when you do so. Can't get things you need until its past time you need them, Than blamed why the task isnt completed. Told that you need to complete priority work, than to be told that something else came up that's more important. Something that can be completed at a scheduled time, instead the employees are made to take care of it. Putting your work that's priority further behind. If injured the process is handled poorly, taking longer than needed to get the care that is needed. No proper training for hires that are promoted. You are thrown into the mix and have to figure it out yourself. When asked to be shown maps or borders there is outdated or no maps. Will not change processes if shown that a faster way is possible, If equipment is available, it will not be used instead the employees are put at risk instead. When you bring this up you are told you are combative. You can not ask questions because management get upset with it, instead of just doing what you are told to do. This position is not a senior position, years have doesn't mean you get special treatment. You are told to get promoted you have to complete certain steps, however other employees that have been at the company for longer can skip this step. No one is set to one standard, there is a different standard of each employee. You will be told there is one though, when bringing this issue up your combative. Was told three different answers on a policy and no ones know what it is. Some people are able to keep the years they have been with the company if they left to presume other opportunities. Than come back and are able to keep the years they are at company. I wasn't able to get this same privilege.
