Pros

None and None and None and None

Cons

I applied to be a med zoomer courier more than two months ago and never heard back from anyone. I posted a msg on their facebook ad and got a typical cooperate response. (Mostly that there were no spots available). In the meantime I tell my friend who applies for medzoomer almost a month after me. They contact him to start the on boarding process while I still haven't heard back from them myself. Both Amazon and Lyft approved my application within days and I'm approved. So, I would think twice about applying since that lack the courtesy of a simple follow-up after you go through the application process. And. if they don't me you to work for them they should say so.

Pros

Pay is great for what you do. Communication always good the dispatcher keep in touch. Pharmacy and customers relationships are well worth it. I enjoy my job and love what I do.

Cons

Use your own car. Wear and tear on car.

Pros

You are on your own. You only contact dispatch if you can't reach the customer.

Cons

Poor customer service and terrible communication. I was explicitly told that W-2 couriers are scheduled for 4 hours per shift and would be paid the full 4 hours even if deliveries were completed early. That was not true. I was only paid from the time I picked up packages until I completed my last delivery. For the past two weeks, I consistently started around 3:45 PM and finished by 6:45 PM, yet I was paid only for that time. In total, I was paid for 14.6 hours instead of the 20 hours I was told I would receive. This is deceptive. The miles driven, the wear on my vehicle, and the risks involved are not worth being shorted on pay. If you are going to pay only for active delivery time, be honest about it upfront instead of misleading workers to get them onboarded.
