Pros

Getting to deliver medication to customers who really need it.

Cons

The company has to many unnecessary rules for delivering medication. The pay could be a lot better. The dispatchers don’t communicate in a timely manner to let you know if the pharmacy has routes or not. Most of the time I have to reach out to them to see if there are any routes available otherwise they will never say anything.

Pros

Pay is great for what you do. Communication always good the dispatcher keep in touch. Pharmacy and customers relationships are well worth it. I enjoy my job and love what I do.

Cons

Use your own car. Wear and tear on car.

Pros

You are on your own. You only contact dispatch if you can't reach the customer.

Cons

Poor customer service and terrible communication. I was explicitly told that W-2 couriers are scheduled for 4 hours per shift and would be paid the full 4 hours even if deliveries were completed early. That was not true. I was only paid from the time I picked up packages until I completed my last delivery. For the past two weeks, I consistently started around 3:45 PM and finished by 6:45 PM, yet I was paid only for that time. In total, I was paid for 14.6 hours instead of the 20 hours I was told I would receive. This is deceptive. The miles driven, the wear on my vehicle, and the risks involved are not worth being shorted on pay. If you are going to pay only for active delivery time, be honest about it upfront instead of misleading workers to get them onboarded.
