Pros

Working in a sales-led environment can sometimes be challenging for non-sales roles, but leadership navigate this well. Communication is strong at a business level, with regular performance updates that are genuinely useful. Leadership are accessible and present, and the overall atmosphere is positive and friendly.

Cons

Team getogethers could be a little more regular!

only con I can think of is they work you hard, but it came with making a lot of money so I can't complain

The snacks are really nice

Cons

Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
