Pros
It is an excellent starting job. Benefits are great, 4 tickets to each new movie that releases. Management really cares about the GUESTS. They want to make sure everything os functioning and going well and that things are getting done.
Cons
They don’t focus as much on the employees, they try and do parties and stuff but the majority of employees dislike working at this company. A lot of negativity and gossip especially from lower management
