      Working at Mejuri you have the opportunity to learn a lot in a very short period of time. You are given the opportunity to explore your interests and are not limited to the description of your role. Management is very open to listening to feedback and always looking to improve.

      Like most new companies/startups it is extremely competitive and you are usually working long hours due to smaller teams

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
