Find a different company, quick! - Accounting Melcor Employee Review

Not a meritocracy at all, more of who you suck up to. Lots of people in positions over their heads - mainly pointed at managers. zero decisions made, zero vision, not interested in feedback or ideas many good people have left the company over the last 3-4 years, void of knowledge and leadership now. Would avoid this company if I were a younger, career driven individual. Their education and mentorship programs are non-existent. The company is beholden to the shareholders. They pay below market salaries to most positions.
