Pros

Very nice people who are easy to talk to.

Cons

Product is directionless in a very competitive space (spending resources on a module that nobody looking for a CRM will want). Low pay for the work. Micromanagement at every level. Too many meetings. Decision making is slow. Very slow to promote. This is a place where you end up when you're older, not for a younger person in the middle of their career.

Pros

The people I get to work with at Membrain are the biggest pro of the company. I also enjoy the ability to work remotely despite the inherent challenges that work environment brings; leadership does a great job of creating opportunities for the team to bond and collaborate. Another pro is how much Membrain values learning and development on a structural and personal level.

Cons

Remote work can feel isolating when you can see the inside jokes, breakfasts, and post-work hangouts of the Swedish crew who have access to an in-person work environment. At least, the sharing of those moments are done in an attempt to keep remote folks in the loop on the fun times, too.

Pros

Most SaaS companies aren't concerned with how you sell. They're only concerned with satisfying shareholders and hitting the growth metrics passed down by the board. You're a data point, and that's it. But that's not the case at Membrain. At Membrain, you're part of something bigger. Membrain's slogan is How You Sell Matter's and the company is hard at work to change the landscape in B2B sales. Like any small company, they're not perfect, but their mission is noteworthy and something worth being a part of. At Membrain, you feel like you're part of a family working together to solve some of the biggest challenges in the B2B space.

Cons

Solving the biggest challenges in the B2B space can take time and there are times where that can get frustrating.
