Hourly wages are average at best yet the company assets perform well above competitors. Expects field level employees to go above and beyond but incentives to do so lack severely. Annual performance bonuses are much lower than competitors of the same caliber. Corporate management would rather replace an exceptional field employee than adjust their compensation in hopes of keeping them.
