There are chances to work with different equipment, roles (ramp, fueling, ground support, etc.), so it can be good exposure.

Shifts can be long, early/late hours, weekends. Scheduling seems rigid, with little flexibility. Some report forced overtime or short notice schedule changes

Health insurance benefits were very good, comparable to the rest of the industry.

General manager of the station was mostly incompetent. Had a poor record of hiring and retaining employees. Genuinely was disengage from his team and was mostly in love with the sound of his own voice. Openly bragging about putting team members on final warning, and generally comes off as saying, he likes people, but clearly does not like people at all. Created a very toxic working environment with little regard for employee morale.
