      Pros

      Nothing. Genuinely nothing. The only pros I can think of is that when they lay you off, you actually feel pretty good. You feel free.

      Cons

      3-4 company wide layoffs this year alone. Absolutely no job security. You work day in and day out, on the weekends as well, and go to bed not knowing whether or not you'll still have your job tomorrow Oh and, no Incentives.

      Pros

      Good place for freshers interested in events or wedding planning. You get exposure to different aspects of the industry very early in your career. Co-workers and managers are open-minded and helpful. Growth is transparent and based on individual performance.

      Cons

      Upward movement is not clear for certain departments.
