Worst company to work at - Senior Design Consultant Meragi Employee Review

1. Too much of politics. 2. Very inexperienced employees who think they are the boss and knows everything. 3. Too much of micro-management, although this issue was raised with owner as well but they didn't take a note of it and have lost many good employees in the process only because they didn't care to address the issue. 4. Very unachievable targets for the employees. 5. Manager is on a run when anything goes wrong. 6. When review meeting is held manager and everyone claps for me and suddenly, one week later I am removed from the position without manager on the call? 7. No transparency. 8. No job security although they will tell you the company is big and gives good money and takes care of the employees but the truth is opposite.
