Pay is terrible Managers throw you to the wolves with no support Paperwork is unrealistic. Expect you to do three hours of paperwork after an 8 hour shift in the field. End up working (unpaid) on your weekends catching up on notes. Organization is a revolving door and company does not care to keep good employees.
