Literally everything! *pay *no raises * shady management * discriminative behavior * obvious favoritism * always short staff, by yourself with multiple residents * high turnover * unprofessional communication * no advancement opportunities ....but wait there's more * unlawful firing , and selection * sneaky rules -putting two weeks in to quit to be able to get a certain position ...only for them to decided if they want you to have it or not...if not sucks for you you quit *and much much more
