My time at Meraque was not a positive experience. Poor management structure, unclear processes, and lack of proper communication made daily work unnecessarily difficult.My experience working at Meraque was disappointing. The company lacks proper operational structure, and many processes are unclear or poorly implemented. Inventory and operational workflows often rely on ad-hoc decisions rather than established SOPs, which creates confusion and inefficiency. Communication between departments is also inconsistent, making it difficult to complete tasks smoothly.

Leadership style is highly aggressive and can be intimidating for staff. Often communicates through shouting or public criticism rather than constructive feedback. Lacks clarity in decision-making and operational guidance, which creates confusion among employees. Creates a stressful work environment, affecting morale and productivity. Limited support for staff development or collaborative problem-solving.
