      Pros

      Merative is a new spin off from IBM (WH). It’s still making it’s way to establishing all processes but the people are amazing to work with.

      Many processes and benefits are still not fully mature

      Great people - which is typical. Great products, good salary

      Cons

      Senior leadership and executive leadership don't seem to value their people. They have mercilessly cut teams via lay-offs and refused to interview those laid off folks for open positions they are qualified to step into.
