Pros
Flexibility. Smart friendly people. Interesting projects - leaner teams, but also wider range of opportunities / responsibilities. Spacious office with beautiful views of Liffey River, across from CHQ.
Cons
Lots of org changes. Not as invested in building relationships due to ongoing layoffs. Not much social time or opportunities to meet other employees (which can be a pro for introverts).
