      Pros

      - International culture. English is the primary language - Flat ecosystem. You would see employees of all ranks sitting in the same workspace. And they are easily approachable. - Well defined company values and expectations. - Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      - The width of expectations for each rank is pretty wide. This can make you feel stagnant because of lesser promotions. - Bonuses and Benefits for engineers in lower grades feels less.

      Pros

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
